Hunt will support profile-building of leading brands SPML and Preferred and report to Guy Batchelor, executive director of sales and marketing.
As director of marketing, Hunt is responsible for expanding the profiles of Preferred and Southern Pacific Mortgage Limited (SPML) and driving forward marketing strategy for them. His role also entails developing the firm’s marketing proposition which aims to propel the business forward in achieving key sales objectives while also sustaining future expansion.
Hunt is also involved in the expansion and maintenance of key relationships with external suppliers, key packagers and core customers, and is further developing valuable measurement techniques to monitor marketing activity.
Hunt brings considerable experience and knowledge of the mortgage market. He was previously at Platform where he was head of marketing for six years, and prior to this he spent four years at Norwich Union Mortgage Partnership as senior marketing executive.
