Slater Hogg Mortgage Limited and Hurst Independent have been two of Sesame’s leading Appointed Representatives , both winning numerous awards over the last few years. In 2010 and 2009 Hurst won the prestigious Overall Broker of the Year and Slater Hogg won the same award in 2008. Slater Hogg were voted the Best Scottish Broker for the last three years and also Top UK General Insurance broker in 2010.
Both firms generated a combined £400m of mortgage business in 2010.
The decision to switch Slater Hogg and Hurst Independent from their existing network arrangements to Mortgage Intelligence is a strategic move by Countrywide, with both businesses set to switch at the end of their 12month notice period in March 2012.
