She reports to Brian West, head of broker sales.
Helena was previously a processing team manager with a leading mortgage intermediary. In her new position, she will work closely with igroup’s supporting brokers to help improve their understanding of the lender’s underwriting requirements and processes – including the market leading iZone interactive website. Helena will also liaise with her BDM colleagues and the Originations team to use her specialist skills and capabilities to help develop igroup’s overall sales and broker support proposition.
Helena’s appointment reflects igroup’s continued commitment to its introducers, and strengthens further a team whose principal objective is to meet and overcome the challenges faced by introducers in today’s dynamic marketplace.

Having spent the last five years working for an intermediary, I know better than most how important this is, particularly as we enter a new era of regulation.
