They will both be working with the southern regional sales team and will report in to regional sales manager Jon Sturgess.
Lucy White will be responsible for assisting igroup intermediaries with any training, packaging and processing issues. Prior to joining igroup, Lucy spent six years with an independent mortgage broker in Southampton, specialising in the self-employed and non-conforming market. Lucy said: “I am delighted to have joined a business with such a strong commitment to its intermediaries. igroup places huge emphasis on the importance of training and development. I look forward to working with our brokers to ensure the quality and speed of packaging and processing is delivered to its consistently high standard.”
Grainne Jordan has over ten years experience in the finance industry and has worked with both independent brokers and lenders. She will be responsible for helping brokers improve their understanding of igroup’s underwriting requirements and processes, including the market leading iZone interactive website. Her current focus is to assist with the rollout of changes prior to M-Day, and to ensure a smooth transition into the new, regulated environment. Grainne said; “Every broker works in a slightly different way, so I am responsible for tailoring individual programmes to suit specific needs. I believe that I can provide an informed perspective and a vital link between the intermediary and the lender having experienced the business from ‘both sides of the fence’.“
