Tracy Gibbs and Abi Williams have been appointed as business development managers.
Gibbs and Williams will be responsible for developing intermediary relationships and growing the business through regular and consistent communication and hands-on support provided directly to intermediaries. They report to Jon Sturgess, 1st mortgage national sales manager for the igroup brand.
Tracy Gibbs has been promoted from within the igroup sales team. She joined igroup in 1999 and has a wealth of knowledge in mortgage sales and a strong network of broker contacts. Tracy's previous role was as sales liaison officer, and before that held positions in igroup's underwriting and arrears management teams. She said: "I have aspired to this role since starting at igroup and I am looking forward to using my underwriting and sales liaison experience to address the challenges ahead."
Abi Williams was previously a mortgage development manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland. Abi has worked in the mortgage industry for nine years, gaining great experience during her career. She commented: "My priority is to ensure that the needs of our intermediaries always come first by providing them with the service and support they expect and deserve."
