GMAC-RFC and e.surv renew contract
GMAC-RFC and e.surv chartered surveyors have confirmed that the existing contract which places e.surv as panel manager for the Bracknell-based lender has been renewed.
Richard Sexton, national business development manager for e.surv, commented: “The contract calls for even higher standards of service and performance from this point on.”
TBMC to package for Commercial First
Cardiff-based commercial and buy-to-let specialist packager The Business Mortgage Company (TBMC) has been appointed as a packager for Commercial First.
TBMC said the deal will enable it to pay a generous commission of 1.5 per cent to introducers on cases of any size.
