Average total annual returns achieved by landlords rose in October from 23.6 per cent to 24.5 per cent, according to data from Paragon Mortgages’ November Buy-to-Let Index.
The improvement in the average comes on the back of significantly higher returns in a number of regions, including the East Midlands, Wales, Yorkshire, the North and East Anglia.
Elephant goes North
Packager Elephant Loans is launching its first branch office in the North West of England on 1 December 2004.
The new office is located in Oldham, Greater Manchester and will be staffed by a team of four, headed by sales manager Michelle Maguire, formerly of First National.
1st Adviser Office and eMoneyfacts link up
eMoneyfacts, the intermediary portal, has announced it has linked directly to 1st Adviser Office, creating an end-to-end system for the mortgage intermediary.
eMoneyfacts was launched in April this year and the intermediary portal is provided free to all subscribers of Moneyfacts magazine
