Continuing its growth over recent years, Trigold is over three times more popular than its closest rival with 7 out of 10 mortgage advisors using its sourcing software.
Mortgage Achilles is BDRC’s syndicated study of mortgage retention and acquisition, established 1996. BDRC is a leading financial services research supplier who conduct research for most of the UK’s top banks, building societies and insurance companies.
Tony Wornell, director at BDRC said; “This is the fourth consecutive year that Trigold has come out on top as the UK’s most popular mortgage sourcing software. The 2008 survey shows them extending their dominance with an increase in their market share which means that seven out of ten mortgage advisors rely on Trigold software.”
Trigold managing director Martin Colyer commented: “I think that this result clearly shows that we delivered on our promise last year to remain focused on the advisor’s needs and come up with new ideas to help in this difficult market. We operate in a very competitive environment with a number of new entrants over the past year trying to win business and build market share. There is no doubt that brokers vote with their feet if they are unhappy which is why we’re so delighted to have not only maintained but extended our lead over the competition.
“Over the past year we have launched a number of product enhancements and developed a raft of integrations with respected partners to offer brokers additional income opportunities. It’s a very tough market but partnerships with leading insurance providers, links to lead generation companies and the launch of a nation-wide training academy are all designed to help brokers get the most out of every sales opportunity. We’ve also worked hard to ensure that all our innovations and developments are underpinned with our abiding principles to offer a sourcing system which is accurate, advanced and assured. That’s what brokers want and what we work hard to provide.”
