Cirrus ICT’s managing director, Michael Schaefer, formerly director at Chase De Vere Mortgage Management responsible for technology and compliance, is well known in the industry through his work with AMI, Concodia, Origo and the eMortgage Forum.
Commenting on the launch, Schaefer said, "in addition to savings of up to 40% against traditional technology solutions, our new way of doing things addresses all the technology issues faced by financial intermediaries today. For example disaster recovery, security and the ability to host any intermediary software such as Mortgage Brain are just built-in as standard.”
Non-Exec Chairman Simon Tyler (who ran the mortgage broking business at Chase De Vere for 27 years) said: “Having experienced the benefits of Michael’s totally managed solution at Chase, where we made major cost savings whilst upgrading our technology infrastructure, I naturally wanted to be involved in Cirrus.”
Software-as-a-Service pioneer David Jones, who sold software company Dashboard to Trigold, assisted with the launch of Cirrus ICT and is a Non-Exec,Director. Struan Hall, who is an executive search consultant with extensive financial market experience, joins as Business Development Director.
