Estate Agents and other industry members across the country will be given the opportunity to brush up on their ‘HIPs knowledge’ and gaining advice from industry experts at two HIPs Conferences at the City of Manchester Stadium (16 April) and the Emirates Stadium, London (18 April).
Ttopics lined up for discussion include: 'HIPs contribution to the bottom line' and 'HCRS and EPCs – the story so far'.
Mike Ockenden, director-general at AHIPP, said: “Forward thinking agents and industry members dealing with the reality that HIPs will happen on the 1 June, will be able to gain up-to-date advice and information on how to make HIPs work for them and their customers.
“The conferences will offer something for all of the industry involved in the house buying and selling process, whether they are adding the final touches or still working on their HIPs strategy. We have lined up a number of expert speakers, who will be offering practical and tailored advice on how those involved can make HIPs a success.”
