ING Direct is one of the first lenders to offer online mortgage applications directly through mform.co.uk. Mortgage customers also have the option to link directly to the customer service teams at Reading-based ING Direct, too.
mform.co.uk launched in November 2006 and now allows customers to apply directly to the majority of UK lenders. mform.co.uk expects at least seven more lenders to offer this option by the end of this year.
