Members have always been divided in their choice of sourcing system and many are loyal to the system they have used for many years.
However, things move on and with the Abbey National on-line application available through Trigold and paying an increased proc fee to brokers that use that route, the demand for Trigold has increased.
Originally promoted as a sourcing system ‘built by brokers – for brokers’, it is extremely user friendly. Mortgage Intelligence are offering free Trigold to full members and reduced subscription of £20 a month on their associate membership.
A series of training sessions are currently being arranged to demonstrate how to use the system.
In view of the current ‘battle’ for sourcing systems supremacy, Mortgage Intelligence feel that ultimately the broker will dictate whether there is room for everyone or only one!
Currently the demand is for more than one, as each system offers different features and both are fully compliant.
