Inter-Alliance's mortgage proposition was launched in January 2003. Since then as the group has positioned itself for approaching regulation a full range of services and products has been developed for both qualified and non mortgage qualified advisers. With the addition of Platform, an all status lender, to its panel, Inter-Alliance will be able to offer intermediaries competitive rates on non-conforming, Right to Buy and prime mortgages as well as self-certification and buy-to-let products.
Stuart Wilson, Mortgage Development Director at Inter-Alliance, said: "Having positioned the group in the network market for Mortgage business we plan to recruit higher producing mortgage specialists in addition to our existing IFAs and advisers.
