Brokers and their clients now have greater choice in arranging necessary legal work
Mortgage lender InterBay has further expanded its legal panel to provide brokers and their clients with greater choice in arranging any necessary legal work.
InterBay, part of specialist lending OSB Group, has partnered with Harold Benjamin, Insight Law, and JMW Solicitors to help speed up applications across its commercial and semi-commercial ranges.
The lender made the move following a number of intermediary workshops designed to understand and explore key challenges and to develop and enhance the broker journey.
It also recently partnered with valuation panel management provider VAS Panel to give brokers control of their cases and to have faster transaction times.
“We’re delighted to welcome Harold Benjamin, Insight Law, and JMW Solicitors to our legal panel,” Emily Hollands (pictured), head of specialist finance at OSB Group, stated in an update from the lender. “All three firms are well regarded, and the addition of their expertise enables us to offer increased choice as well as provide additional support during the mortgage process.”
Russell Hall, director at SPF Private Clients, added that the expansion of the legal panel in InterBay is invaluable to brokers and their clients.
