Tim Shutler, is one of the first in the industry to take - and pass - the new CeCM qualification, which was launched in May 2006 by the Institute of Financial Services as an additional qualification to the CeMAP exams.
Tim Shutler joined the InterBay team on 13 February this year from TML; previous to that he worked with Lloyds for 19 years, bringing with him invaluable experience of the mortgage market.
Passing the exam with a distinction, Shutler said: "I'm obviously delighted with my results; the papers fairly tested my knowledge. It's great that InterBay encourages us to further our expertise and take the exams. It shows that InterBay take educating their staff very seriously; they support us to be the best."
