Advisers can now experience straight through processing and interactive underwriting at the touch of a button. As a result of this enhancement to eSelect, Friends Provident's IP has now been upgraded to the top Financial Technology Research Centre (FTRC) accolade of ‘triple e' rating.
The benefits of adding IP to eSelect for advisers include, faster new business processing, a new increasing option that rises in line with the Retail Prices Index (RPI) and the system's ability to offer ratings and exclusions where appropriate. This enhancement to eSelect will not only help advisers but is designed to enhance the service advisers provide to their clients.
