IPI is the only trade show for IFAs, mortgage brokers, estate agents and wealth managers who advise those clients investing in overseas property and will be held alongside Mortgage Business Expo London on 14-15 November.
It will feature over 30 exhibitors ranging from international property developers to agents, legal advisers to insurance firms, alongside many more country and region-specific experts.
On both days, the IPI will play host to a ‘Speaker’s Corner’ event where industry experts will debate a recent report published by Clarion Events, the organisers of IPI 2007.
The report highlighted a number of key issues for the international property market including a focus on promotional tactics, consumer education on the buying process and contracts which explain commission. The seven key areas of concern will be discussed at the Speaker’s Corner sessions which will begin at 1.30pm on both days.
Siobhan McAfee, International Property Investment Expo show manager, commented: “The market for international property is growing considerably and the IPI Show aims to give all our delegates the necessary information to ensure they’re able to conduct quality business and make the most of the opportunities in this sector.
“Not only will delegates be able to meet a vast range of companies involved in international property investment but they will also have the opportunity to hear our expert panel discuss the key issues that face industry players in this market.
“A trip to IPI is a perfect networking opportunity and offers delegates the chance to develop their skills and services to those clients looking to develop their international property portfolio. To get the most out of their IPI experience, delegates should register for free entry and make use of the online appointment-making system to book meetings with exhibitors. A visit to IPI is a must for all those serious about international property. We look forward to seeing exhibitors and delegates at IPI 2007.”
