Emyr will be responsible for the delivery of IT services within the society and facilities management. His previous roles have included change manager (IT) at the Britannia Building Society and IT manager at Highway Emergency Services.
Thirty-six- year-old Emyr currently lives in the Norwich area, but will be relocating to Ipswich.
John Whayman, Chief Executive of Ipswich Building Society, said: “There has been a lot of change at the Ipswich over the past year, we have moved to new offices, have opened a new call centre and have put in place new compliance procedures, so Emyr’s appointment is a welcome addition to the management team.”
