Elcock is the chief executive and founder of Cornhill Consulting which provides credit, market and liquidity risk management consultancy and associated software solutions to the global banking and financial services industry.
He has had significant senior level experience in risk and operational roles at board level for Barclays, Coventry Building Society and the Co-operative Bank.
