With media attention almost exclusively focused on the spectacular growth of the property market, one might be forgiven for thinking all is well in the industry. The CHIPS group, however, are aware that nothing has been done to improve the procedures governing buying and selling property in England and Wales since they were described as “probably the worst in the western world”.
CHIPS strongly supports the Government’s planned seller’s pack legislation, believing it will make for greater efficiency and a significantly higher probability of sales completing.
