On paper it seems they have a strong, effective offering with the potential to ‘go all the way’ without a hitch or hiccup. But the reality is that when your heart overrules your head, there is nothing but disappointment when the service continues to be far removed from your expectations. I should know better. I’ve been let down many time before, however in my naivety I continue to believe my cup is half full. But there comes a time when I might just have to throw my drink at the television and stamp my feet until I get the service I deserve. Lenders of the world be warned.
