Harris will head up Enness’ recently launched referral system for brokers, IFAs and wealth managers sourcing large mortgage loans for their clients.
She has over eight years’ experience in the mortgage market with both lenders and distributors.
She joins from her most recent position as business development manager at direct response marketing agency TPG Media. Prior to this she was a sales consultant at mortgage club, The Mortgage Alliance, where she was responsible for lender relationships, negotiated procuration fees and designed exclusives. Harris was also active in offering new income streams to members, recruitment and database/CRM system creation.
Hugh Wade-Jones, director of Enness Private Clients, said: “We are pleased to welcome Jaime to the Enness team and believe we have recruited someone with an array of skills and experience who will add real value to both the company and our new and existing clients.
“Jaime comes with a strong pedigree of dealing with brokers, advisers and wealth managers in her previous roles and she is therefore the perfect person to head up our newly launched referral system.”
Harris said: “This is a new challenge for me and I’m looking forward to building on the experience I’ve gained through my career in underwriting, business development and adviser relationships.
“Enness has identified a niche sector with strong prospects and it’s exciting to be involved.”
Wade-Jones claims high net worth clients require special care and is increasingly a sector which can only be serviced by specialists in their field.
“2012 is a significant year for Enness and we will be announcing further new appointments very shortly as well as a number of new, exciting propositions,” he added.
