Chartered surveyors, Johnson Fellows, have appointed Mark Fitzpatrick (pictured) as commercial agency partner.
In his new role, Fitzpatrick will specialise in the industrial and warehouse sector, as well as property development.
Fitzpatrick has over 30 years’ experience and joins from Burley Browne where he was a director. He has also worked at Hortons’ Estate, Trebor Developments, Prologis, ABB, Staffordshire County Council and Birmingham City Council.
Fitzpatrick said: “These are exciting times at Johnson Fellows as we adapt to the challenges of new commercial property market forces.
“I have joined an excellent team of highly experienced colleagues and we will be working together to make the most of opportunities to drive the business forward.
“There has been a blip due to the pandemic, but clients are still keen to do business and, particularly in the industrial and warehouse market, uptake is still very, very healthy.”
Furthermore, Fitzpatrick is a long-term member of the Industrial Agents Society (IAS) and is also a West Midlands committee member and former chairman of the West Midlands branch, with over 25 years of committee membership experience.
