A memo sent to members this morning by CEO Max Wright says: "As part of the ongoing drive for efficiency across our operations I wanted to let you know that with mutual agreement our commercial director, Jonathan White, is leaving the business.
"I would like to thank Jonathan for the invaluable role he has played in the last couple of years helping to drive cultural change and strengthen our business relationships with providers and lenders.
"He leaves a lot of friends with in the network who I’m sure will join my colleagues and I in wishing him well for the future."
In another change Dave Edwards has been appointed head of member services and operations.
Wright adds: "This new appointment demonstrates our ongoing commitment to provide greater support for members.
"I am delighted Dave has accepted this new role and we know that his combination of commercial experience and the operational skills he demonstrated through the RDR project will have a dramatic impact on ensuring that our members are delivering good consumer outcomes."
The propositions team will now form part of the sales and marketing team under the leadership of marketing director, David Carrington.
White's departure follows those of Tracy Turner, head of service delivery and Sue Jargon, head of training.
