The London branch, which will be headed up by divisional sales director Tommy Taylor, will work closely with high net worth estate agency chains Felicity J Lord and Chewton Rose.
The estate agencies and Just Mortgages all sit within the Spicerhaart Group.
Antony Lark, managing director at Just Mortgages, explained: “Essentially we wanted to create a centralised location where we could continue providing our clients with a robust financial service while also offering them an appropriate proposition to meet their particular requirements.
“The new office will also allow those at Chewton Rose and Felicity J Lord to pass their leads to us via a dedicated team.
“We already have eight field based advisers and four active mortgage brokers working from the new office who all have valuable experience in the mortgage and protection industry. As the brand continues to gain momentum, we look forward to driving performance and delivering an even higher level of service in a particularly competitive and challenging market.”
Felicity J Lord has 16 branches in Central London while Chewton Rose has 12 UK branches and deals with properties worth £0.5m and over.
Spicehaart said the London facility will enable Just Mortgages brokers to offer a bespoke, reliable, efficient and speedy service which includes a telephone service or face-to-face and office-based meetings.
