The division will make contact after loan completion, offer annual financial reviews and guide on their options five months before the end of their tied in period.
The new division will be run by Just Mortgages’ business support manager Jessica Broome from the brokerage’s head office in Colchester.
John Phillips, national operations director at Just Mortgages, said: “As a result of the new client focused division, new and existing customers will be offered stronger client service and a more complete end-to-end service.
“The mortgage market is continuing to change and grow at a rapid pace. Therefore, our point of difference will focus on our wealth of experience and expertise, our professionalism and our reliability, as well as our regular communication with clients.
“The new division is a whole new chapter in our growth story, and I am happy to say that business levels are continuing to rise and the initial feedback from our customers has been very promising indeed.”
During each review the client will have the opportunity to meet with either an existing adviser, a new adviser that is local to them or deal with a qualified mortgage specialist over the phone.
The new division currently consists of five employees, but the brokerage expects the division to employ 30 members of staff within three to four years.
