Just Mortgages has achieved a record month in October in terms of recruitment into its self-employed division.
Some 20 advisers joined the team meaning there are now 230 brokers in the division.
Director Carl Parker (pictured) expects numbers to reach 250 by the end of the year.
Parker said: “Brokers are self-employed and therefore in control of their own destiny, but they have a dedicated sales manager to help and support them.
“The fact that so many are now taking on new advisers into their business shows that this approach can really pay dividends.
“Brokers get the backup they need, including help with advertising and recruiting for new staff, but can still get the satisfaction and sense of achievement that comes from growing your own business. It’s great to be able to help make this happen.”
