Kevin Paterson has left Source Insurance to pursue other opportunities.
After spending seven years as managing director of the insurance platform, he has stepped down but pledges to remain in the industry.
Paterson (pictured) will be replaced by Tania Frowen who has been promoted from financial director.
Paterson said: “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time with an amazing group of people.
“I’m looking to stay in the industry and am just looking for suitable opportunities. If I get to work with people half as good in the future, I’ll be pleased.”
Frowen has held board roles for both operations director and financial director roles.
She has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
Fowden added: “I know first-hand how special the Source team is and I’m proud to have the opportunity to lead them.
“We have a fantastic opportunity to build on the great things we have achieved and offer our brokers and customers something truly remarkable.”
