Key Partnerships expands adviser support
Equity release referral service Key Partnerships is launching a series of seminars for independent financial advisors and mortgage brokers.
Key Partnerships is partnering with LV= and Shawbrook to raise awareness of the later life lending market and to highlight the options available to older homeowners.
With house prices having tripled over the last 20 years, and an ageing population struggling to navigate the pension landscape, seminars will seek to help advisers respond to the needs of their older clients.
The seminars will run from 10am–12:30pm and a CPD certificate will be provided for attendance.
Will Hale, director at Key Partnerships, said: “With house prices showing little sign of slowing down in many parts of the UK it’s clear why many are choosing to utilise their property assets to enhance their retirement finances. In this series of seminars, we are looking to help advisers understand how to expand their services for older clients whilst maximizing their own business opportunities.”
