The site has been developed by Mehboob Petladwala, managing director of Key Software Solutions Ltd, and former principal of Vision Financial Services, a successful IFA practice founded in 1992. Mehboob has been developing the site for three years, with the aim of providing financial service professionals with a comprehensive set of tools to help streamline their business. A number of facilities are provided on the site that are free for use, including a comprehensive range of calculators covering stakeholder, investment, and taxation calculators among others.
The directory section lists contact details and links to all major providers of mortgages, insurance, investments and other complementary services.
The library enables registered users to download up to date documents and forms which are automatically stamped with their practice details. This ensures accuracy, a professional-looking presentation and keeps the adviser linked to the business if clients inadvertently return forms directly providers. The service also allows firms to publish these documents on their own website without the extensive administration overhead required to ensure documents are kept up to date for compliance. This is all handled by Key Software.
