The new website has been designed and built by Wiltshire-based web-designer, Empass, and includes many new features. Among these are: online case tracking for brokers; online submission of mortgage enquiries; a link to the Powell Callen (in house solicitor) case tracking system; and access to KFIs from Knight Funding’s panel lenders. Along with the new functions, the site includes a “Who’s Who” of company contacts and other general information on Knight Funding and its lender panel.
Knight Funding’s founder and CEO, Frances Scanlan, said: “The onset of FSA regulation prompted the major redesign of our website, which is now fully interactive and allows fast access to all our services. Mortgage intermediaries are increasingly expecting instant product information, KFIs and case tracking, and we are pleased to have all our web-based facilities fully functional so soon after M Day.”
