Knight will pay an extra £500 in addition to the normal procuration fee to any broker that submits two secured loan cases in any one month up to 31 December 2006, together with an further £500 if a third case is submitted in the same month. The bonus payments are made only when the cases have completed. The offer applies to selected secured loan lenders and brokers should check by telephone before submittting applications.
Frances Scanlan, chief executive of Knight Funding, commented: “We hope this secured loan promotion helps to raise awareness among mortgage brokers of the special features of secured loans that could benefit their clients. These include self certification to 90 per cent loan-to-value, no early repayment charge on the existing mortgage, no up front fees, and fast completions.”
