The top three broker residential searches on Knowledge Bank in September included interest only and self-employed with one year’s accounts.
The top three buy-to-let searches on Knowledge Bank were minimum income, lending to limited companies and first-time landlord.
Brokers have conducted almost 12,000 criteria searches on Knowledge Bank, with the number of individual pieces of criteria increasing by over 7,000 from the start of September.
