L4L offers access to life-long legal advice on a wide range of legal services including personal injury, wills and probate, and all aspects of conveyancing for a one-off payment of £1995. The instalment plan allows clients to pay a deposit of as little as £95 and spread the cost over a maximum of ten years. Monthly costs start at £12.08.
Speaking about the new facility, which covers all aspects of legal advice, Alan Kempson, director of L4L, said: “We have had many people keen to take up the service but have found the one-off cost to be a barrier. Now that we have the option for clients to be able to pay for a lifetime’s legal service over a period as long as ten years, this puts the service within reach of everyone.”
Gareth Arscott, business development manager, said: “This is great news for intermediaries whose clients like the idea of our legal service but have been put-off by the one-off cost. Mortgage intermediaries who sign up clients to L4L are able to offer both payment methods and still earn the same commission for the introduction.”
