Q-Mobile is the latest launch from Landmark Valuation Services.
The mobile surveying app hopes to help residential surveyors easily convert from paper to digital site notes.
By signing up to the service, surveyors can lease Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablets pre-installed with Q-Mobile free of charge when they complete 40 or more valuation instructions on the tablet each month.
Marcus Radcliffe, chief executive of Gateway Surveyors who has recently signed up for the Q-Mobile package, said: “The fully managed service from Landmark is ideal for a business of our size.
“We’re already seeing benefits from an auditing perspective and I’m confident that the use of Q-Mobile will greatly reduce post valuation queries.”
Ali Junkison, senior product manager at Landmark Valuation Services, added: “With our Q-Mobile managed service, there is no outlay and the mobile tablet and software is fully maintained by us, providing the best of all worlds.
“The overwhelming consensus is that residential survey and valuation reporting is set to become a paperless process within the next two years.
“The Q-Mobile package is designed to help surveyors get ahead with mobile working now, with the very latest hardware and software, yet in the most cost-effective way.”
