Bridging finance is one of her key areas of interest, and she has recently acted for a number of well-known bridging lenders on a variety of complex transactions.
A fluent Lithuanian and Russian speaker, Kaminskaite has also acted for clients on a range of commercial real estate transactions, including all aspects of landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, lettings, leasehold renewals and transfers of portfolios to corporate structures.
