Lawrence Stephens has hired solicitor Sara Jutestal (pictured) as a senior associate on its growing commercial real estate team.
Native Swedish speaker Jutestal has seven years’ experience working in the real estate sector including two years’ post-qualified experience.
She joins from PCB Lawyers LLP, where she acted on a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions for clients including high net worth individuals, overseas investors and commercial landlords operating in the corporate office space and hospitality industries.
At Lawrence Stephens, Jutestal will advise clients on a full range of commercial real estate matters including lease renewals, granting of new leases, refinancing, property acquisitions and landlord and tenant matters.
