Over 5000 applications have been received across the two brands with the total value of applications standing at £740.4m.
LBG also revealed that 8 in 10 applications are from borrowers outside London and the South East and more than 85% are from first-time buyers.
Stephen Noakes, mortgage director, said: “We're continuing to see strong levels of interest in our Help to Buy mortgages.
“A significant number of applications are coming from people buying their first home, but we continue to support those moving up the ladder.
“The applications – across the UK - show that the scheme is helping those that can afford the monthly payments but until now, have not been able to get the necessary deposit."
The Group continues to be a strong supporter of the Help to Buy Equity loan scheme and at the end of 2013, accounted for 58% of the market.
