She is tasked with managing the specialist lending department and improving existing processes
Mortgage brokerage LDNfinance has announced the promotion of administration manager Amy Baptiste (pictured) to the newly created position of specialist finance head.
In her new role, Baptiste will manage the specialist lending department and help increase business volumes by improving existing processes.
Having been with the firm for over two years, she joined LDNfinance as a senior paraplanner in the specialist lending team and has grown with the department since, being promoted to take on the role of administration manager a year ago.
“Amy’s promotion is well deserved,” Chris Oatway, co-chief executive at LDNfinance, said. “Her deep-rooted knowledge of LDNfinance and specialist lending expertise lends itself well to this role. She is a natural leader, and we have no doubt that the department is in safe hands under her supervision.”

Commenting on her promotion, Baptiste said she was very proud to be taking on the new role.
“It’s an exciting challenge in which I look forward to stretching myself. I am excited to be part of LDNfinance at this pivotal point of growth for the department,” she added.
Baptiste’s promotion marks a period of rapid expansion for the brokerage, with seven new appointments in as many months, including chief operating officer Greg Cunnington, who was brought on board early this year to bolster the senior leadership team.
