In his new role Tinkler will have responsibility for the Leed’s mortgage lending, customer services and collections departments.
Tinkler brings extensive experience of leading strategic change and operations within financial services.
He spent the past ten years with the insurance broker Aon UK and prior to that had eight years leading servicing and operations within First Direct.
Tinkler said: “I will use my previous experience to bring a new perspective to work with my teams to drive continued operational excellence and improved and sustained customer service.
“It’s an exciting time to be joining a very successful and customer focused organisation.”
