Leeds Building Society has joined recent additions Hinckley and Rugby for Intermediaries, Halifax, Accord Mortgages, and TSB.
Leeds Building Society has become the latest lender to go live on Submissions Brain, from mortgage technology expert Mortgage Brain.
Brokers can submit decisions in principle (DIPs) or full applications through Submissions Brain.
Leeds Building Society has joined recent additions Hinckley and Rugby for Intermediaries, Halifax, Accord Mortgages, and TSB.
Other lenders include Nationwide Building Society, Virgin Money, Coventry Building Society and Platform, with further lenders set to join.
The addition of Leeds Building Society is being carried out through IRESS Lender Connect.
A pilot phase is now underway with several firms, ahead of a full rollout to the wider broker market later this year.
