Leeds Building Society has appointed Louise Elliott as software delivery manager.
Elliott has over 25 years’ experience in software and has managed the building society’s in-house development programme over the previous two years.
In her new role Elliott is responsible for providing software solutions to the society and its members in a high quality and flexible manner which is adaptable to change.
Tom Clark, chief information officer at Leeds Building Society, said: “I am delighted to promote Louise to Head of Software Delivery.
“She will be involved in improving the experience of our members through ensuring that our systems share information and work together to give them a seamless experience.
“Louise will do this by working with our colleagues to enable us to deliver our solutions faster and to higher quality.
