For a limited time only, the 3-year fixed rate mortgage has a free valuation and free legal services for re-mortgages, potentially saving customers over £500.
The loan rate is 4.69% until 1 March 2007, up to 90% loan to value and already comes with no higher lending fee and 10% capital repayments allowed each year.
Commenting on the improved deal, Head of Marketing and PR Tony Burdin sai: "The 3-year fixed rate is already one of our most popular fixed rate and the free legal services and valuation makes this even more attractive. We have taken this step to help those customers looking to take out a mortgage or re-mortgage after the Christmas break, a time when most of us are finding funds stretched. I would however urge customers to apply as soon as possible as it is only available for a limited time."
