The five-year fixed buy-to-let mortgage provides a market leading rate of 5.24 per cent and the fee free version offers 5.84 per cent. Both products are available up to 80 per cent loan-to-value, both have no higher lending fee and include the flexibility of allowing 10 per cent capital repayments each year without penalty. The fee free options also include free valuation up to £335 and free in-house legal services for remortgages.
