Both new employees will report to Louisa Sedgwick, head of intermediary distribution and will lead a team of six business development managers.
Before joining Bowman was national sales manager for Platform at Lloyds Banking Group and a broker for the Mortgage Advice Bureau.
Colloar meanwhile was previously corporate accounts manager at Leeds after joining the society a year ago from Defaqto after holding roles at Santander and Mortgage Express.
Sedgwick said: “I’m really pleased to have filled the new posts quickly and have the strengthened team in place.
“We have listened to feedback from brokers as we reviewed our intermediary proposition and have restructured and invested in our team to enable us to continue to react, innovate and improve the service we offer to our intermediary partners.
“Our lending through intermediaries is growing, as part of a strong performance so far this year, and we have the appetite to increase this further.”
