This has become a problem with some lenders – particularly in the buy-to-let market. Mortgage Express, for example, is alienating its brokers because of the way it effectively makes it impossible for a client introduced to them by its brokers, to be retained by said brokers at renewal, unlike lenders like BM Solutions, which is more of a broker-friendly company.
