I would be interested if any other brokers have experienced lenders’ total disregard for this initiative by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Except for Kensington Mortgages, all lenders I have dealt with recently, without exception, have not changed in any way to adhere to ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ (TCF). I am expected to show what I have done to encompass TCF. Come on lenders, we are your customers. Why not do the basics and at least check your product descriptions on Trigold are correct, return phone calls and stop hiding behind expensive telephone numbers.
