This section covers training and competency requirements, and complements the fitness and properness section launched in November last year. The Toolkit has been devloped to help intermediaires to understand and meet the requirements of the Mortgage Code, as firms have to set up training and competency structures within their firms. The latest section includes checklists, and flowcharts to help firms work through the different requirements for different members of staff.
