Support will be available anytime, anywhere says lender
Legal & General Home Finance has introduced a video support hub on its website, offering financial advisers a series of video guides on the company’s lending criteria.
The hub features short clips covering various aspects of the lender’s lifetime mortgage products, including estimating property values, understanding legal process requirements, and lending rules related to a property’s construction and proximity to commercial buildings.
The company plans to add more content to the platform after its launch. The hub, it said, is part of its ongoing efforts to support advisers and streamline client application processes.
Designed for easy access, the video support hub allows advisers to view the videos at any time and from any location, aiming to provide timely support for advisers working with clients.
