The L&G School of Excellence will lead to fully qualified CFII adviser status with delegates covering a variety of topics.
These include product and market knowledge, selling skills and communicating and influencing techniques including the use of Client Relationship Management tools.
The network said the success rate for the first programme was exceptionally high with an average pass rate of 92% achieved by the delegates.
The school was developed with the National Skills Academy for Financial Services and will begin on 19th March, 7th May and 3rd September.
All courses will be held at L&G’s training centre in Kingswood, Surrey.
Mark Screeton, distribution director at L&G Network, said: “We want to help our partner firms build their businesses for the future. Through the delivery of development and training we can help to ensure they prosper.
“The Business Development and Training team is a dedicated resource within the Legal & General Network. Their purpose is to deliver targeted training and development activities to firms and individuals within the network and I am proud of our proven track record of success.
“Our approach is to work very closely with our member firms so that we can understand their business models and so develop bespoke solutions that add real value and sustained improvement to business growth.
“I hope that many more of our firms and advisers will take part in the programme this year.”
